This Fall Grace Powell Sports (GPS) is excited to announce the kickoff of our group fitness classes and individualized personal training! We will be offering weekly group classes and personal training sessions that will work around busy schedules. Our instructors will support and encourage, striving to help meet fitness goals, while maintaining a fun, non-intimidating environment for all fitness levels.
We had three great camps over the summer to kick off our GPS programs. Thank you to all who attended, coached and served!

We are excited to announce tentative dates for our 2017 GPS Summer Camps: weeks of June 12th, June 19th and June 26th
From 1 on 1 to small groups, you will feel the burn in our personal training sessions. Each session will be customized to your skill level, age, past injuries and personal goals. Personal training is just what it says; personal. This is not a “one size fits all” program. Our trainers have experience with kids in middle school wanting to improve in athletics, to 80+ year old men and women striving to stay active. So grab a friend (or two) or come in for a 1 on 1 session and allow us to help you be the best you can be!
Join a group of others who want to improve their lifestyle and have fun doing it! Each class will be 45 minutes long with a warm-up, workout and cool-down. Our trainers will adapt each movement and exercise for all skill levels and make accommodations for past injuries and limitations. We offer different classes based on your fitness interests. There will never be a dull moment in GPS fitness classes! Each new class member will receive their first class for free! That means there is no excuse not to try!
